LayerA - Advanced PCB Design Services
Guidelines
We treat your data with the utmost care and we implement strict measures to protect it. We kindly ask you to follow the below guidelines.
How to submit your files
Use the form below to share a download link for the files you want us to review. Please include any necessary information and your expectations on what you want us to focus on in the Review Instructions field. Due to security concerns, we don't allow uploading any files directly to our website.
Protecting your files
We highly recommend password-protecting the link to your files. If our system detects a protected link, it will automatically email you instructions on how to safely send us the password. The purpose of this extra step is to ensure true separation between the link and its password.
For individuals
We recommend using Proton Drive to securely share your files (a free account is required, 5GB limit, end-to-end encryption). For larger files, we recommend using SwissTransfer (no account is required, 50GB limit, lacks end-to-end encryption, but the files are stored in Switzerland and protected by the Swiss privacy laws).
For companies
Please use the tools that are already approved by your IT department for sharing files with external partners.
Details matter
Seeing the bigger picture helps us to understand the entire project, which is why providing comprehensive information is essential for a thorough review. Treating everything around the PCB as a black box often leads to missing important details that are crucial for solving the true issues.
Privacy Guarantee
We will never publish project details without your explicit consent. We may share report examples on our website or social media, but we will always completely erase or anonymise sensitive data (e.g. client and/or project name, part numbers, extracts from the manufacturing files).
